Terms of service

Mandatum provides AI-assisted legislative research, gap analysis, and drafting with citations, for government and advisory teams. We may add, change, or remove features as the service develops.

• Give accurate details when you create an account, and keep your sign-in private.
• A workspace belongs to an organization. Members see what their role allows and nothing more.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to a workspace and for the activity in it.

• Use Mandatum for anything unlawful, or to upload content you have no right to use.
• Try to reach another workspace, bypass rate limits or access checks, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission.
• Share an account or key with people outside your organization.

• Treat API keys as secrets. You are responsible for every call made with a key you issue.
• Each key carries explicit scopes. A key with no scopes can call no tools.
• Rate limits apply to every key. [Limits per plan: to be confirmed.]
• You may not resell or redistribute the statute corpus beyond the licence that applies to its original source.

Prices are shown at the time you agree to them. We invoice from the usage recorded on your meter, at the rates shown when you agreed.

Mandatum returns research and drafts. Nothing it returns is legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by using it. Check statute text against the official government source before you rely on it.

We work to keep Mandatum available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access unless a separate written agreement says so. Check the status endpoint if the service seems down.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Mandatum is limited to [liability cap: to be set by counsel].

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. After an account closes, the retention rules in our privacy policy apply.

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. [Notice period for material changes: to be set by counsel.] Using Mandatum after a change takes effect means you accept it.
