Privacy policy

Intergen Technology Inc., Barbados, runs Mandatum. We are the controller of the personal information held in your Mandatum account.

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely stored password hash.
• Workspace content: the documents you upload, matters, drafts, chat messages, and the analysis results you create.
• Audit records: a log of actions taken in your workspace, including requests made through our API.
• Contact details: the name, email, organization, and role you give us through the waitlist or the contact form.
• Session data: a single session cookie that keeps you signed in.

We use this information to run Mandatum, to produce research, gap analysis, and drafts for your workspace, to keep the service secure, and to answer contact requests. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to host the app, store the database and files, run document parsing, and call AI models. Each provider and its role are listed on our security page.

Mandatum is hosted in the United States today. Institutions can ask for a dedicated onshore deployment. The security page gives the region for each provider.

We retain workspace content until you delete it or close your account. Backups are retained by our database provider according to its plan.

To delete content, use the delete controls in your workspace. To close your account, or to ask us to delete your data, email us at the address above. The audit log is kept with the workspace it records.

We have not yet set up a transactional email provider. We will update this page when we do.

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 of Barbados you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your personal information; and
• stop processing it where you object to that processing.

Email us to make a request. We will respond without undue delay.

We set one session cookie so that you stay signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell workspace owners by email once email is set up.
